In our exciting and authentic Thai cooking class you will learn the art of balancing the wonderful flavours of Thai cuisine. You will learn how to identify and prepare a range of new and delicious ingredients, which include plenty of fresh herbs and vegetables. Once you have mastered the recipes in this class, you will leave us with the confidence to replicate them at home.
We will welcome you with a snack when you arrive before hitting the kitchen for a day of cooking. At the end of the class, you will sit down to enjoy a Thai feast, alongside a glass of wine.
Cookery School’s aim is to take people back to honest, homely, delicious cooking. There is nothing cheffy or fancy about the food – it is simply delicious home-made food, using common utensils that can be found in most home kitchens.
The focus is on demystifying cooking techniques, removing jargon and bringing back solid cooking skills, using high quality, primarily organic, sustainable ingredients.
