Course Details

Angela has chosen some of her favourite curries which she loves to enjoy with friends to share with you. This menu is a crowd-pleaser, easy to replicate, and perfect for entertaining. During the class, you will learn the basis of a good curry, and how to blend spices and temper dishes.

Angela’s  Menu:

  • Seasonal Vegetable Pakora with Pomegranate seeds
  • Tamarind and Date Chutney, and a raw Coriander, Lime, Almond and Green Chilli Chutney
  • Naan Bread with Nigella Seeds
  • Chicken Makhani – This will be your lunch with naan, chutneys, and perfect rice (we will pack some rice for you to take away)
  • Roasted Cauliflower in Turmeric Kefir
  • Kashmiri Rogan Josh – using local lamb
  • Cardiff Branch
