Each day we’ll make multiple recipes celebrating the cuisine from one part of the world. Our campers will gain practical cooking skills along the way while they explore global flavors.
Materials & food we prepare in class are included each day
Throughout the week our campers will:
Collaborate to create the menu for each day, selecting dishes that represent the cities we are studying.
Gain experience with planning, budgeting and shopping
Practice a variety of kitchen skills during our hands-on cooking projects
Create their own custom Culinary Passport of all the dishes from the week.
Registered Dietitian and Owner, Leah Smith, developed Kids Kitchen in 2011 to educate, encourage, and excite families about getting their kids into the kitchen to create a love of cooking nutritious foods.
We believe that teaching kids about how foods fuel our bodies and enabling them to create recipes on their own will have a positive impact on their life-long healthy eating habits. Start right, stay right!
Your child will be excited about foods you never thought they would try! If we empower them to choose healthy foods at a very young age, then, as they become independent, they will make better food choices for fueling their bodies.
Brunch is a combination of breakfast and lunch and is regularly served as a late breakfast and early lunch. Therefore, dishes can be made with eggs, pancakes, salads, or pasta. In this class, we'll create a combination of both.
Get cooking at the Botanical Garden with this CHEF camp! This cooking class focuses on kitchen safety, cooking basics, and using healthy ingredients. Program participants will harvest seasonal garden produce and then use them in recipes.
D'liteful Chocolat is excited to offer chocolate and baking single and weekly workshops and camps for kids & Teens ages 8-15 years! Small group sizes with no more than 12 people per class.

Junior Chef Cooking Class. During this 6 week session, we will focus on the nutrition qualities & common culinary techniques from each of the 5 food groups. Your cook will gain culinary techniques, try new recipes, and gain nutrition awareness.
