Course Outline

This is a course that gives basic understanding about the profession of barista and skills involving in preparing exquisite coffee beverage. The participants will experience the hands-on step by step process of selection roasted coffee beans, weighing, grinding and brewing it to perfect consistency
By the end of this lesson you will be able to make espresso according to the international espresso standard, maintain clean equipment, steam milk and create the 5 main beverages from the café menu according to their international standard.
You can expect the same rigour in this practical session as we focus on the more elegant and intricate designs like the swans and other inverted designs.
