The course will cover espresso recipes and coffee terms & techniques to make great coffee. You will learn how to extract espresso, the different coffee roasts, grinds, storage of coffee and how to clean an espresso machine.
From here, you will practice steaming milk to to achieve a smooth and glossy texture, to achieve the industry standard for milk based coffees and beverages.
