We offer professional instruction in various dance genres to all ages.
We offer a comprehensive list of performance dance styles such as Ballet, Modern and Contemporary, as well as an extensive selection of partner dances such as Ballroom, Latin, Salsa and Swing. We teach singles and couples. We teach Sokkie. We choreograph wedding dances for couples and for wedding parties.
In partner dancing for social occasions, we focus on natural movement, connection and balance, to give our students a confident, smooth look on the dance floor.
Body Conditioning Lessons are offered by Byron Bure Academy of Theatre Arts.
These classes are focused on building strength in the muscles and increasing flexibility in all areas of the body, including legs, hips, back and shoulders.
Handstand classes are designed to show you how to perform a handstand, “step-by-step”. Students will develop progressive body control and strength through basic alignment exercises, body tension, and flexible shoulder exercises.
Dancefit is a group exercise class that includes many different dance styles. The entire class is done to all your favourite songs and you are encouraged to sing along as you dance and increase your fitness level.
