We get our VIBE on with competitive and recreational dance & movement classes for all ages by certified instructors in our new building with four state-of-the-art studios. We welcome you to come and Move, Learn, Grow.
Students of all ages and skill levels are welcome! Starting as an older student? Darcy has a place for you here. All of our classes will include warm-up exercises, progressions across the floor and dance combinations.
This session class combines dance, acro and floor tumbling to emphasize strength, balance and flexibility. This is a great class for your active 3 to 6 year old. Exercises are carefully designed to suit your child’s age and ability.

Barre class is a combination of the stretching and toning movements of Pilates and yoga, the strengthening and sculpting principles of ballet, and a low-impact cardio workout — small isometric movements target and tone every muscle in your body.
