We get our VIBE on with competitive and recreational dance & movement classes for all ages by certified instructors in our new building with four state-of-the-art studios. We welcome you to come and Move, Learn, Grow.
Incorporate sexy arm, hand and leg styling. Build your confidence in a warm, encouraging and accepting environment.
This class will focus specific on tumbling skills at the dancers level. It will include both stationary and travelling passes. It will also include balance skills. Dancers will need to come to class stretched, warmed up, and ready to tumble, in order to maximize class time.
Developed to specifically target these three muscles groups while continuing to tone and strengthen the body as a whole. You will definitely be feeling the burn with this class… go with it, you will be glad you did!
This unique class uses high repetition with low weight loads to help you lean, shape and tone.
Our Flex instructor has completed specialty training, to guide our students through the Alixa Flexibility program. Safe and effective methods and techniques will be implemented, to improve flexibility.
