Our first ever brewing class, led by Andrea, guides you in a hands-on brewing class through the fundamentals of filter coffee using the CT62 as the medium.
Participants will learn about how to choose the suitable grindsize to match for the brewing device, how to taste the differences between different grind profile, how to use the equipment to scientifically calculate a coffee's extraction.
This immersive and hands-on experience will take you on a journey through the world of coffee beans, from sourcing the finest green beans to mastering the roasting process.
