So if you are interested in preparing latte, mocha, americano, etc., this program suits you. With this qualification, you'll gain the knowledge and skills to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks in any environment. A qualification in Barista Skills is for a person who works as or wants to work as a barista. You don't need any experience. You may already be working in the hospitality industry, but it's not a requirement to take this qualification. We recommend that you have access to an espresso machine and grinder to practice making drinks in your own time.

Basic Coffee Barista Class course is offered by Pastry Art and Culinary.
This is a course that gives basic understanding about the profession of barista and skills involving in preparing exquisite coffee beverage. The participants will experience the hands-on step by step process of selection roasted coffee beans, weighing, grinding and brewing it to perfect consistency
By the end of this lesson you will be able to make espresso according to the international espresso standard, maintain clean equipment, steam milk and create the 5 main beverages from the café menu according to their international standard.
