Recipes
The cooking course consists of the chef demonstrating how to prepare and cook the recipes presented. At times you are also invited to apply your knowledge hand-on. Do not hesitate to ask questions!
The course lasts about two hours and a half, after which you are welcome to enjoy a nice glass of wine with the delicious meal that was carefully prepared.

We will begin my making the puff pastry dough. While the dough rests you will enjoy the: Jalousie au Jambon et Fromage (Ham & Swiss Hand Pie) Flaky puff pastry filled with a creamy bechamel, Ham & Gruyere Cheese which will be enjoyed warm from the oven with a side salad.

You will learn the building blocks for tackling any bread recipe with confidence and success after you attend this class. You will mix your own dough from pre-scaled ingredients that our chef prepares for you.
