A perfect open-level class for Afro & Soca Lovers looking for a good sweat!
Beginners get familiar with basic sequencing through a simplified version of Illys Dance Clash routines and avid movers/dancers are welcomed to build stamina and endurance.
Class starts with a warm-up which builds into the Dance Clash routine for the day.
We follow up with a body weight burn out and close with a light stretch! Class is conducted with predominately Soca music but Afro music is occasionally thrown in the mix as well. Dance movement is inspired by Caribbean Soca, Traditional west African and Afro street styles.

Mobility & Stretch is a 45min class that uses a combination of multiple methods of stretching, mobility techniques, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement.
This 45 min class is a full body dance workout to a high energy mix of Soca, Afrobeats, Dancehall, & Latin sounds. Using Afro Caribbean music and movement, Fiyah Burn is designed for women to get fit, have fun, celebrate culture, and embrace the goddess within.
This course includes conditioning exercises and an eclectic dance sampling.
