The Academy offers a 3-year Certificate in cooking (NQF Level 5). This programme offers a variety of possible occupations, such as food stylist, caterer, chef, course presenter and many more.
This premium programme allows the student to gain both the cooking skills and management principals required to operate a successful kitchen or Food & Beverage establishment.
Basic Cooking Course students may join in at any one time and complete all 8 lessons at a discounted rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per lesson.
Professional Chef short course is offered by Rand Training College. We strive to provide our students with a dynamic and motivating academic input and personal attention.
