Oui, oui! Learn how to make amazing pastries just like you would find on the streets of France! Join our chef to be guided through creating some delicious pastries that will make your taste buds dance with joy as our kitchen fills with the smells of apple, cinnamon, and deliciously vanilla.
We'll make Danish, croissants and more using home-made & frozen doughs. We'll have an assortment of fillings you can choose to make, including jam, chocolate, berries, cream cheese, and some interesting ingredients I hope will become new favorites.

Chefs Sasha and Jen will show you how to use tiny bubbles of air to your baking advantage. Creating those bubbles and maintaining them until they’re needed most is a foundational skill in learning to bake.
