Masters is for instructors, competitive level pole dancers or high level students. You will learn intensive conditioning and flexibility as well as extreme pole tricks.
You must have the skill, technique and strength to do this course as you will be doing extreme pole tricks and combinations you will need a high level of strength, flexibility and stamina.
Aerial Pole Academy is Canberra's newest pole dance/fitness studio and is situated in the beautiful Kingston precinct, we offer a range of fun and inspirational classes, workshops and programs.
All of our offerings are led by exceptional instructors whose passion is reflected in their ability to inspire students. Our instructors are trained to teach all levels and have been trained by numerous world-renowned pole dancers and professional aerialists.
You will learn some fun and very exciting tricks which are incorporated into a choreographed routine and by week 6 you will have the opportunity to learn how to invert.
Pole Beginner will allow you to grow your strength, coordination, stamina & skill on the pole. This class is aimed at complete beginners and will teach you the basics on the pole. During this lesson some of the basics on the pole you will learn include: walking, basic spins and sitting on the pole.
The foundational elements of pole dance – tricks, combinations and dance flow. With a weekly 1 hour class session each week, it’s the best starting point to build your confidence, master new skills and participate in a whole new world.
Aerial Pole Academy's Contemporary Pole Dance, is a dance class that will teach you a combination of basic contemporary, lyrical and jazz styles of dance, these styles of dance will be taught in conjunction with pole movement, the pole movement will include beginner pole tricks.
This level focuses on inversions, so be prepared to go upside down. You should be confident with pole sits, spins, climbs, cross knee releases and inverts on both sides before enrolling in this level.
