Contemporary Academy of Dance is dedicated to providing our dancers with skills that will not only help in a dance environment but in any atmosphere. We offer classes for children ages 3 & up and Yoga classes for Adults.
Legs and Feet Class work on flexibility and strength. Students will be working to heighten their extensions as well as lengthen their lines through the feet. The class is structured with a stretching warm-up which leads into the various center and across the floor exercises.
Step Routines designed to tone and strengthen! Developed as a way to get a high intensity, yet low impact workout – this class will improve your coordination with simple choreographed routines to happy music that will make the time fly bye!

This 45 min class is a full body dance workout to a high energy mix of Soca, Afrobeats, Dancehall, & Latin sounds. Using Afro Caribbean music and movement, Fiyah Burn is designed for women to get fit, have fun, celebrate culture, and embrace the goddess within.
Athletes who are interested in developing more mobility will learn practical stretches and flexibility drills along with the anatomy and physiology behind how and why they work.
