For mains two peasant style dishes; a cassoulet with duck confit, pork sausage & haricot beans and a dijon braised chicken finished with creme fraiche.
We will also make handmade buttered noodles to accompany along with a simple green salad and seasonal vegetables cooked to perfection with hazelnut butter. Finish with a soft and silky creme caramel.
This is a hands on cooking class under the tuition of a professional chef.
You will be working as part of a small team, cooking dishes that contribute to a shared meal.
