Close Your Eyes And Imagine The Aromas And Exotic Flavors Of A Moroccan Spice Market

  • Yeah, it's a real treat! In this class, Relish Co-Owner and instructor Donna-Marie Pye will take you on a spice journey and exploration of why flavours and spices do what they do.
  • First we'll demonstrate how to make the creamiest hummus ever while you enjoy snacking on it with some homemade pita crisps. Then you head to your cooking station with your classmates and make a delicious Moroccan meal.
  • We'll teach you how to select, cook and serve just the right scallops for the main event. You'll finish with a bright, fresh citrus fruit salad with just a hint of orange blossom water. (Price is per person)

  • Homemade Hummus with Za'tar Pita Crisps, Moroccan-Spiced Scallops with Chermoula Sauce over Pine Nut Couscous; Cumin and Harissa Glazed Heirloom Carrots; Moroccan Citrus Fruit Salad.
