All dishes are made with the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients. In the class, we cover around 8–10 different recipes. Here is an example of the types of dishes covered:

Japanese Basics offers an introduction to the fundamentals of Japanese home-style cooking. Upon completion of this class you will gain knowledge of the essential Japanese seasonings and basic cooking technique.

In this healthy, Vego and Vegan Class, you'll make a delicious Felafel entree, a Spice Blend, a Vegetable Curry from that blend. Take your creations home, or enjoy on the rainforest deck.
