Led by Claudia Catalano, writer for The Boston Globe and owner of Wild Carrot personal chef services, this course will guide students through the process of planning, starting, and maintaining a personal chef business.
The ACE Professional Cooking Program includes 30 in-class sessions, field trips, and a complete school uniform (monogrammed chef’s coat, chef’s pants, skull cap & apron). A Grand Diploma is awarded to those who complete all three 10-week segments, and requirements and pass the final project.
