Located in the heart of Old Montreal, steps away from the Place d’Armes metro, Milan Pole Dance Studio offers intense and fun workouts through its signature pole and aerial classes.
Each 60 minute-class is progressive and you will always feel challenged. Instructors follow a weekly schedule to oversee and monitor your progress.

In this class you will strengthen your core, improve coordination, balance & alignment. It promotes body awareness while optimizing flexibility.
Progressions facilitate the dancers in improving technique and acquiring new skills! Through this class, the dancers progress to higher levels, and master new jumps, turns, & combinations.
Emphasis will be on improving the dancers technique and conditioning in the discipline. Skill development using barre and centre floor exercises will be incorporated providing the dancer with an opportunity to focus on their flexibility and strengt
This class will focus specific on tumbling skills at the dancers level. It will include both stationary and travelling passes. It will also include balance skills. Dancers will need to come to class stretched, warmed up, and ready to tumble, in order to maximize class time.
Dancers work to tone and sculpt their muscles whilst also building stamina and strength.
