Even meat-lovers will enjoy a vegetarian menu when it's as delicious as this collection of dishes from Lisa. For the "Saturday & Sunday only" vegetarian, as well as the round-the-clock herbivore, Lisa has devised some entrées inspired by autumn’s bounty
Alissa offers hands-on and interactive 1-on-1 cooking classes that will address a specific health need. Clients across all ages will learn culinary skills that will empower them to cook dishes from scratch, and eventually prepare meals like a pro chef!
learn a fresh take on some of the world’s tastiest food. We will be making sweet potato and black bean quesadillas accompanied by a fresh papaya, avocado and red pepper salad and finished with a dairy free cinnamon ice cream.
We will be teaching healthy eating, basic kitchen skills and food safety alongside traditional Indigenous recipes and stories.
