This is a bespoke class especially designed for Indian Food Lovers who want to learn how to put fabulous authentic Indian food on a plate. This is an ideal session for those who want to gain cookery skills to allow you to confidently cook delicious meals at home. Ideal for couples, friends, colleagues, Mums/Dads and daughters/sons (invaluable for those venturing into University life and on a budget).

You will be given the choice to decide  what dishes you would like to learn and become competent to cook at home. I will teach you all the tips behind what makes a proper Authentic Indian dish. Learn the process of making Indian bread and Fragrant Indian rice.  Once a booking has been made , a form will be emailed to you so I can establish your food likes & dislikes and more importantly any allergy requirements that need to be addressed.

The private class caters for 2 people in my home kitchen.  It includes a welcome cup of Indian Chai on arrival.  Whilst you cook you will learn how to layer your spices in the correct order, how to intensify flavours and how to subtle the tone dependent on the type of dish you are cooking.

Please feel free to ask questions during the lessons as it will improve your understanding when unsure.  I can also provide ongoing support and guidance for when you decide to cook these dishes in your own kitchen. Once all the  hard work is out the way and your dish is cooking, you will be served lunch accompanied with an Indian rice and  whole meal Chapatis.
