Course Details

Join expert chef, Amarpal on his fabulous introductory course to Indian cuisine. Juniors will make a range of delicious Indian ‘finger food’ including, Amarpals flavourful samosas and chana masala.

This short course allows juniors to experiment with authentic Indian spices and flavours whilst creating mouth-wateringly tasty dishes and enjoying the welcoming hospitality of the Perrys Field to Fork team.

 

  • Samosa’s (veg/minced lamb) are South Asian fried or baked pastry with a savoury filling like spiced potatoes, onions, peas, beef and other meats, or lentils.
