There is nothing quite like the flavor you enjoy from freshly cooked meats, vegetables, and bread that have come straight out of the tandoor clay oven. Most of us don’t have a tandoor but worry not, during this highly interactive class we will teach you how to recreate mouth-watering tandoori dishes in your home kitchen!
At the end of the class, all dishes are served up in our dining room where you can enjoy your meal, along with a glass of wine. We provide everything from the ingredients, and aprons to instructions and you also go home with a detailed recipe pack. Learn how to make dishes such as Tandoori Chicken, Paneer Tikka, Garlic Naans and seekh Kebabs.

Over the course of the day, you'll explore spices and their roles in more depth, as well as looking into the combinations and cooking techniques that go into making every curry truly unique
