Our Head Chef will show you how to use a pestle and mortar to make flavourful Thai Green Curry paste from scratch, how to fill, fold and flavour Thai Spring rolls, slice and dice the perfect Som Tam salad and make wonderfully fragrant steamed Jasmine Rice.
