This STEAM-inspired class offers a hands-on exploration of cheese making and tasting sprinkled with science and history in a fun and accessible way. Buy your kid a day of science-based cheesemaking lessons and enjoy homemade cheese for years to come!
Throughout the day, kids will learn to make mozzarella, 'unicorn' (colored) ricotta, string cheese, crème fraîche, fresh chèvre, butter, fromage blanc and paneer plus, we'll talk about how to use them all.

At Vetri we believe no chef is too young to start learning important skills and using their creativity to prepare a nutritious meal. For this very special class, we are inviting younger chefs (children in grades 3 to 5) to our Vetri Cucina kitchen to experience an incredible morning of cooking
During our 4-day specialty themed camps, your child will learn a variety of culinary skills and will create a total of 10-12 delicious recipes. Â They will also get to nurture their artistic side while making 1-2 crafts.
Your young chef can join us for this sweet class as each student learns to create delicious marshmallows! Marshmallows can be customized with various ingredients and each student will go home with your own customized pan of this sweet treat! Class recommended for ages 10 and up.
Each session has a general theme and as in any of our classes each student brings home all of their creations to share!
