This class is perfect for beginners or anyone wishing to up their game in the kitchen. We’ll start with proper hand positioning, knife safety and caring for your tools. We’ll also talk you through what you should, and shouldn’t include in your basic knife set at home.
Everyone will get lots of time to practice as we guide you through the fundamental cuts. At each of our Knife Skills classes, we’ll prep ingredients for a specific dish to snack on at the end of class. September’s class will focus on prepping produce for a grazing platter.
