The more you come the easier it gets! It's important to know that it usually takes 5-6 classes before you start to feel comfortable with the movements so don’t give up! Just relax, breathe, have fun and don't worry about what you look like in the mirror! Either way you're going to get an amazing workout especially with Laci!

This 45 min class is a full body dance workout to a high energy mix of Soca, Afrobeats, Dancehall, & Latin sounds. Using Afro Caribbean music and movement, Fiyah Burn is designed for women to get fit, have fun, celebrate culture, and embrace the goddess within.
Conditioning Classes are offered by Dance Studio 111 for all ages. Apart from honing their dancing skills, we also instill good character traits in our dancers. Our teachers inspire students, teaching them life skills they can carry off the stage.
