You will learn to prepare any 2 of the following dish: Ayam Penyet with rice (with tau kwa, tempeh and sambal chilli), Chicken Rendang, Brinjal, Ikan Gerang Assam, Sambal Finger, Lontong, Ikan Merah, Mee Rebus or Bergedil.
By the end of the course, you will better understand Straits Malay food culture, learn about the ingredients used and their origin, learn to prepare equipment and ingredients and execute food preparations.
