A Hands-on Cooking Class
We offer chef-led, market-driven hands-on and demonstration cooking classes both at your place or ours. Our central location in the Lonsdale Quay Market offers us the opportunity to provide fresh local market ingredients like vegetables, fish, spices, bread, wine and beer.
Learn how to properly curdle tofu, the techniques of pressing tofu and how to balance flavours with spices. You will also learn proper temperature control when cooking tofu to achieve a pleasant umami.
