The fact that all my classes are hands-on makes cooking fun and easy to learn. Majority of the classes are one day classes. Held either in the afternoon from 2 – 5 P.M or Morning from 11 - 2 P.M, they are all practical classes, not just demonstration based.
Cyclo-styled recipes are handed over to all students with appropriate measurements of all the ingredients, right up to the measurement of Salt. This ensures that the taste of the food, when made in my class, and when tried out at home, independently, by my students, is the same.
