In Pre Transition you will extend on the basics, you’ll learn more weight bearing moves and combinations plus a routine, the prerequisites for enrolling in a Pre Transition Course are that you have successfully completed at least one Beginner term and that you are able to do a climb sit to hello boys.

A comprehensive introduction to pole dancing, starting from the ground and gradually working up. You must complete this level before moving on to the Transition level.

60 minutes of freestyle practice with supervision. A fun practice class with guidance, a time to share and go crazy with what you have learned with all our pole angels from all poles of life!
This is a FREE one-on-one session with an instructor who will individually assess your level.
This level focuses on inversions, so be prepared to go upside down. You should be confident with pole sits, spins, climbs, cross knee releases and inverts on both sides before enrolling in this level.
