Course Details

Looking to expand your vegan culinary skills? Join our vegan cooking class to learn how to create delectable and healthy plant-based meals. Promila will introduce you to new ingredients, techniques, and recipes that will enhance your vegan cooking abilities.

This session will focus on Indian vegan cuisine, including Chickpea Curry, Alu Gobhi, Vegetable Pulao, Tofu and Spinach Koftas, and Indian Bread.

Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email. 

This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.Parking fees may apply at some venues.

Bring With You

Apron, closed toed footwear, tea towel, container to take breads home, note pad and pen.

Safety

Please note, you will be learning how to cook in a commercial kitchen using oil. Indian spices, chilli, flour, milk products and nuts are used.
