After many years in the industry Chef Kelvin identified a need in the industry for chefs who had both qualification and experience.

On-Site Training:
This part qualification consists of Knowledge modules, Practical modules and Workplace modules ?
Workplace modules will be conducted off- site and learners will be placed in reputable restaurants, hotels and cafés?

The Professional Culinary Arts Diploma is an accredited City and Guilds Diploma that span over 18 months.
The Professional Chef Qualification has been developed to provide aspiring chefs with a fundamental grounding in all disciplines relating to the production of top quality cuisine,health and safety measures and the ability to manage a kitchen
Basic Cooking Course students may join in at any one time and complete all 8 lessons at a discounted rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per lesson.
The Level 2 Diploma in Culinary Arts is for those who wish to work in the hospitality industry and already have knowledge of the basic principles of kitchen work, or who can demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm to work and study in order to supplement their existing knowledge.
A 4 week cookery course held at our Durban North based kitchen on Saturdays teaching students a menu for 30 days without repeating a recipe
