After getting your heart rate up by moving through a dynamic, dance-inspired, full body workout, we'll cool down with some gentle yoga/stretching.

Conditioning class focuses on strengthening, toning, and stretching different parts of the body; isolating body parts to work out for an allotted period of time. The class involves extensive stretching techniques that strengthen different body parts and help improve the execution of dance technique...
During the hour, we also stand for additional stretching and balancing. Here, we make great discoveries– including our center of gravity.
Conditioning Classes are offered by Dance Studio 111 for all ages. Apart from honing their dancing skills, we also instill good character traits in our dancers. Our teachers inspire students, teaching them life skills they can carry off the stage.
This course includes conditioning exercises and an eclectic dance sampling.
The class is a fusion of 30 minutes of Pilates/barre and 30 minutes of luxurious and juicy stretching.
