In This Interactive Workshop, Participants Will Learn All About Lacto-fermentation.

  • Working together, participants will make their sauerkraut and kimchi and will also have the opportunity to try a few varieties as well.
  • I will speak to the health benefits of fermented foods and share tips on how to include these foods in day-to-day life.
  • Participants will walk away with a greater understanding of how to ferment, the health benefits of fermentation, and 4 jars of lacto-fermented cabbage (classic sauerkraut, German style sauerkraut, red ‘kraut, and kimchi).
