Wind-down with a stretch, strengthen and lengthen, routine to lovely music. A series of yoga, dance and sports inspired stretches to help your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. A great way to end any workout!

Stretch For Athletes Classes are offered by Dance Infinity SA for all ages. Sports stretch and conditioning class for ages 11 up.

This 45 min class is a full body dance workout to a high energy mix of Soca, Afrobeats, Dancehall, & Latin sounds. Using Afro Caribbean music and movement, Fiyah Burn is designed for women to get fit, have fun, celebrate culture, and embrace the goddess within.
This class is dedicated to the serious dancer wanting to continually progress and push themselves beyond their own expectations to reach their dance goals. Each class will include flexibility exercises, conditioning and technical elements and progressions.
This active and deep stretch class is excellent for gaining flexibility and body alignment. Throughout a series of interlacing exercises, students will focus on lengthening the hip flexors, spine, and hamstrings so as to develop healthy body awareness.
