Mobility & Stretch is a 45min class that uses a combination of multiple methods of stretching, mobility techniques, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. You will learn about different types of stretching such as static stretching, dynamic stretching, and neuromuscular stretching (NMS).
The goal of each form of stretching is the same, improving available range of motion at a joint and increasing tissue extensibility. Mobility training will help you develop strength to control the flexibility and range of motion. These practices will help decrease risk of injury and also help you feel better and move more efficiently.
