You will never need to open another jar of curry paste again as you learn to cook very traditional delicious easy curries that are made in the Indian home every day.
The ‘curries’ you will recreate (a term we will use loosely for dishes with sauce) will be very frugal and thrifty turning humble vegetables and stored cupboard ingredients into a quick, easy evening supper.
