Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time, this may range from 45 seconds to two minutes for beginners; with more advanced practitioners staying in a posture for five minutes or more.

Yoga is an ancient practice that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Each class will be themed, focusing on improving a different aspect of your body or mind every time you walk through the door.
During this course we will alternate between styles of Yang (Hatha) practice and Yin, to help you feel more calm, grounded, a quietly more strengthening practice as the nights draw in.
