Our Brisbane campus opened in March 2020 & is located at 225 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley, 4006. We have state of the art facilities including a 16 workstation kitchen, to replicate a commercial setting for our students. Our Weekend Classes are designed to give you a tailered training, whether you are working in the industry, looking at retraining or a home cook looking to improve your skills for at home, we have you covered.

In this 9-week class, we will teach you how to cook a selection of tasty and healthy vegetarian (6 weeks) and vegan (3 weeks) food including a selection of soups, first courses, main courses, sides dishes, and many desserts in vegetarian or vegan styles.
