This programme covers both safety at work in the preparation of food, healthy eating and special diets, costing and menu planning and the preparation, cooking and finishing of a wide range of commodities and dishes.
The basic principle for making a beautiful function platter is to pile up all the good food on a board. It is a perfect way to feed a crowd, while making get-togethers and entertaining super easy with a beautiful platter that you can make with minimal effort.
