Margo begun her Fodmap journey after 6 years of suffering from Chronic Fatigue, bloating, diarrhea (sorry TMI), period pain and has recently been diagnosed with endometriosis.
We have had so many of our clients raving about Fodmap and how much it has helped them with symptoms similar to Margo’s and others like IBS and Crohn’s Disease. However many of them expressing how difficult Fodmap it is in the recipe department!
Since Margo started Fodmap she too, has realized how difficult desserts and snacks, in particular, have been, especially due to Fodmap eliminating dates and several fruits and sugars.

Making lunch and dinner a lot easier and less stressful as there is no packaged food involved and you can simply just eat what Fodmap allows you to.
We are not health professions or qualified in this area, however, we feel we can share our wisdom and a tip or two when it comes it how to create yummy Fodmap recipes.
We will also be sharing our own personal health journies + experiences towards better gut health + overall wellbeing. Hoping to inspire + share some light into whatever you may be experiencing.

Neither of us are vegan or vegetarian. Our goal is simply to change your mindset around how you start your meal. Most people start their meals with meat, and the vegetables are added on as a last-minute, boring side. We challenge you to take on our definition of plant-based. This means starting your meal with your plants, and then adding the meat, dairy, fish, poultry, tofu or tempeh on the side, if you choose.
