If you’ve ever wanted to get to grips with cooking healthy and nutritious Indian food the authentic way, this One Day Indian Cooking Class is perfect for you. We’ll give you a hands-on experience hosted by experts in Indian cooking, using fresh ingredients, correct techniques and family recipes.

You’ll be creating and savouring a range of delicious chicken, fish, and vegetable dishes. You’ll cook up delicious dishes like you’ve never tasted before and blend exotic dressings and marinades. Welcome to the real India!

This cookery class is a real hands-on experience for those of you who want to get down to some spice blending and understanding the essence of Indian food. 

The Menu includes:

  • Chili & Fennel Spice blend for Chicken Kebabs
  • Fish Masala Spice Blend for Salmon 
  • Raita with an Indian style side salad
  • Bombay Potatoes
  • Onion Bhajia’s
  • Masala Chicken

This is the class for cookery enthusiasts. Alternative recipes will be included for any dietary needs.

The class teaches the entire process from start to finish for each dish so is suitable for both experienced or less experience cooks. The key difference to our classes is the focus on spices; you don’t just learn how to but also why and when to use spices.  The fully hands on experience enables you to use all your senses to discover your pallet and learn how to make a difference in taste.  It’s fast, furious and fun! Just bring along your enthusiasm and a stomach for lots of food.

Our One day Indian cooking class is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten intolerance.
