Join Kathryn Joel and learn to make a selection of Chaat, Indian snacks that combine a tangy combination of sweet, sour, crunchy and hot in every bite. Perfect on a hot summer day, chaat are typically made from fresh and healthy ingredients, combined with chutneys and raitas.

Together we'll be making Bhel Puri, a puffed rice and vegetable chaat, as well as Pani Puri, semolina balls stuffed with potatoes and chickpeas, chutney and spicy water. We'll also make Plantain Chips and 3 different chutneys, all as well as Mango Lassis and some fresh and delicous Pineapple Chaat for dessert.
