Together we'll be making Bhel Puri, a puffed rice and vegetable chaat, as well as Pani Puri, semolina balls stuffed with potatoes and chickpeas, chutney and spicy water. We'll also make Plantain Chips and 3 different chutneys, all as well as Mango Lassis and some fresh and delicous Pineapple Chaat for dessert.
