The class starts with a short spice masterclass that teaches the purpose and effect of each spice, as well as how to store, grind, and temper them to bring out their best qualities.
We'll teach you how to make spice pastes from scratch, as well as how to alter them to make different curry bases. At the end of class, you'll enjoy chicken or vegetable curry, aloo gobi (potatoes with cauliflower), and a spiced basmati rice that will show you how to avoid too-stiff or too-gloppy textures for life.
