Brigette Schupay, Ph.D., MSW, is the founder of Fit Kids, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth through the power of education and support. Over the past 25 years, Dr. Schupay has helped thousands of children and families overcome life's obstacles to become healthier and happier.
Through one-on-one sessions, workshops, and group environments, Dr. Schupay shares her insights and skills to inspire and cultivate emotional and physical wellness.
Every week these little chefs will be making 2 fun and creative recipes (savory & sweet) using seasonal ingredients. They will learn beginner safety knife skills, different plating techniques, the basics of cooking, and the science behind why it works.

Learn to make simple, delicious, and nutritious meals. We use healthy locally sourced organic ingredients to teach children about the basic fundamentals of healthy cooking and eating. Participants learn to source, cook, and eat delicious recipes.
Junior Chef Cooking Class. During this 6 week session, we will focus on the nutrition qualities & common culinary techniques from each of the 5 food groups. Your cook will gain culinary techniques, try new recipes, and gain nutrition awareness.
