She’ll teach her summer favorites based around the magical combination of fresh fruit at the peak of its season, and the many varieties of flakey and crumbly doughs.
You’ll make late summer berry cobbler with cornmeal biscuits; cherry and raspberry shortcakes with basil; plum and peach slump with ginger & rosemary; and candied apple pandowdy with buttermilk anglaise.

Ooh-la-la! Practice safety skills and blending while learning about choosing and using fresh produce and dairy products. Older chefs (ages 10 and up) can make a crepe using an authentic crepe pan, while younger kids can enjoy making crepes with no-heat fillings Suggested for ages 7+.
