The first 20 minutes will consist of yoga inspired stretching to sultry music with a hint of slinky movement. We will then switch gears and learn a fun flirty accessible burlesque inspired dance routine. This class is perfect for everyone, whether you’re brand new to dancing or have been dancing for years.

You have all been blowing our minds with your positive attitude and kindnesses to us and each other, as well as your attendance. This place is active and happy and it’s the best feeling to come to work and dance with you.

During the hour, we also stand for additional stretching and balancing. Here, we make great discoveries– including our center of gravity.
Stretch For Athletes Classes are offered by Dance Infinity SA for all ages. Sports stretch and conditioning class for ages 11 up.
Athletes who are interested in developing more mobility will learn practical stretches and flexibility drills along with the anatomy and physiology behind how and why they work.
Legs and Feet Class work on flexibility and strength. Students will be working to heighten their extensions as well as lengthen their lines through the feet. The class is structured with a stretching warm-up which leads into the various center and across the floor exercises.
Students will learn basic skills while enhancing flexibility, strength, balance and muscle control. A program designed specifically for dancers by a Sports trainer with the knowledge of the body and the extreme demands of dance.
