The benefits of stretching are truly endless. Being flexible will help you to reach your full potential in any physical activity and is, therefore, a great class to take in combination with your other activities.
If you're not into sport, this is an excellent alternative to keep your muscles active and healthy. People of all ages (above 13), genders and personal abilities are welcome to join this class.

I would love to create an environment where people of all ages feel free to express themselves. The environment should feel safe, fun and non-judgemental. I always encourage students to concentrate on their own positives rather than negatives and to compliment others.
I teach my students to respect one another. I teach children to behave in class and I do not tolerate bullying - I believe if I teach children the right values in class, it will carry through to other areas of their lives. This ability to bring about positive change is what inspires me to do what I do.
I offer a wide variety of dance classes in the discipline of Modern and Hip Hop dance depending on age, gender and personal ability at the Moreleta Park studio. I also offer stretching, adult and wedding couple classes at the Monument Park studio.

Dancefit is a group exercise class that includes many different dance styles. The entire class is done to all your favourite songs and you are encouraged to sing along as you dance and increase your fitness level.
